The ‘mother of all my books’ regarding the Nueces Battle and Massacre. It is 744 pages and is a detailed account of the events and people involved in the event. It contains many appendices and maps.

An account by a member of the German organized to oppose the Confederates. Written by August Siemering in about 1876, but was not make public until his son published them as series of articles in the Freir Press fue Texas German newspaper in 1923.

Summarizes the cases heard by the Confederate Military Commission in the summer of 1862. Many of the German leaders of the Union Loyal League were charged with disloyally to the South and tried by a Confederate Military Commission.

The fourth book, addresses the myths which have been told so often they are now accepted as facts. This ‘little book’ takes many of the myths and addresses the fact in a concise manner with a brief discussion.
